All payments made for internet service packages are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
Installation and setup charges are non-refundable under any circumstances once the service has been activated or attempted to be delivered.
We strive to maintain uninterrupted service. However, no refunds will be issued for temporary interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or outages caused by third parties or natural causes.
If you cancel your subscription before the billing cycle ends, the remaining days are not eligible for refund or credit.
