Refund Policy

At SSB Link Internet, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of internet services, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below.

1. Monthly Subscription Fees

All payments made for internet service packages are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

2. Installation & Setup Charges

Installation and setup charges are non-refundable under any circumstances once the service has been activated or attempted to be delivered.

3. Service Downtime

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service. However, no refunds will be issued for temporary interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or outages caused by third parties or natural causes.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your subscription before the billing cycle ends, the remaining days are not eligible for refund or credit.
